I would also add an important detail: the restaurant operates on Spanish time, which means the kitchen doesn't open until 12:30 p.m. This may seem surprising at first, especially if you're not used to dining late, but honestly, it's well worth the wait. Every minute spent before opening is rewarded with a meal of exceptional quality. It's easy to see that this organization is linked to the freshness of the preparations and the rigor of the service; nothing is rushed, everything is done at the right time. In short, this is a restaurant I recommend 100%. It has it all: the quality of the products, their freshness, their preparation, the generous portions, the professionalism and kindness of the staff, the respect for the customer, and the attention to detail. The food and drinks are really good. Not to mention the value for money. The menus are highly recommended; they're good, plentiful, and wine and water are included. A rustic ambiance, and the staff are very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend it; we'll be happy to come back.

Definitely the best Spanish restaurant in Santa, with mussels marinière to die for, and paella that's certainly the best too. With more than reasonable prices. I highly recommend this restaurant. The flavors are worth the detour.

After many years without going, I decided to book a dinner with friends since we were in the area, and it was as good or better than I remembered. The food was fantastic, the service was top-notch. They were there for us, and we loved it. The good service is truly appreciated, especially when many restaurants lose quality and manners over time, but this one doesn't. Highly recommended.

We were a group of nine without a reservation, and we were seated quickly. The waiter was friendly, though we felt he wasn't welcoming enough for Mexican culture. The food was EXQUISITE! We ordered paella, sardines, a hamburger, lamb chops, and other dishes, all incredibly delicious. We were looking for a place that catered to locals (not touristy), and we hit the jackpot with this place!

Seven of us went for lunch, and everything was excellent, from the food and atmosphere to the friendly and helpful waiters. A really good place, and I highly recommend it.

La bola is a great place in Santa Margarita. They are already open all year round and for residents like us it's really good because in the off season, the city is very deserted. The employees are all excellent and always there for you. The quality is there too. The dishes are very good and very generous with very reasonable prices. It's open all day. Very good experience! We went on Easter Sunday with my partner and ordered the fideuà🤤 it was delicious, the waiters were very friendly and the quality/price ratio was very good🤩 yes it is true that they took a while to bring it to us but it was worth the wait. Highly recommended place, we will definitely be back!!!
